I received a suspicious DM asking for personal information, is this legitimate?
@DoingRealGoods is our only verified page on Instagram. If any page other than @DoingRealGoods is tagging you saying you've won a giveaway it is a scam. We do NOT do cash giveaways! Any page posing as Doing Real Goods asking for any personal information including cash app or bank account info through DM is a scam. Please do NOT respond!
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, however, during periods of high demand such as sales and collection releases please allow up to 5-12 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. During Black Friday please allow up to 10-14 business days. For International shipping please allow 7-21 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.
Exchanges/Refunds
Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail. Returns must be made within 30 days of the order shipment date to be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.
